Set with stainless steel (essential oil friendly) findings and an exclusive essential oil SpineTouch bead in the back. Simply add your favorite oil to the bead and it will be touching your spine. The spine is an excellent place to apply oils to help support your brain and nervous system.

Adjustable paracord necklace that adjusts from a bracelet to up to a 24 inch necklace and anywhere in between.

    I love this necklace. I leave it on for days. It reminds me of "add a bead" necklaces that were popular in the 70's.
